Lead Construction Project Management Engineer

CIMARA Company Ltd is seeking an experienced Lead Construction Project Management Engineer to oversee major construction projects in Yaounde. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex engineering projects from conception to completion.

• Lead and manage construction engineering projects from planning to execution
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Manage project teams and provide technical guidance
• Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments
• Prepare project reports, budgets, and schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Resolve technical issues and implement solutions

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in construction project management
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD)
• Strong communication skills in English and French
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
